For Items That Are New In Box...
For a full refund or exchange, you need to inform us within 30 days of purchase, return the complete order in original packaging, and the complete order must be in new unopened condition. (buyer is responsible for return postage cost). A full refund will only be issued for new unopened complete orders. The customer is responsible for loss or damage in post when returning items. For Used Items... We offer a test and repair service, free of charge for factory defects. On receiving the item we will examine, repair any factory defects, fully test and return the item to the buyer free of charge. We also offer to buy back used items, buy back price depends on the condition of the item. A full refund will only be issued for complete orders returned in new resalable condition. You need to inform us within 30 days of purchase, buyer is responsible for return postage cost. If upon inspection we find that the item is not factory defective or the item was returned due to buyer damage or misuse it will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. (buyer is responsible for this postage cost). Warranty does not cover pull-starts, buyer damage or misuse. Sealed and perishable items are non-refundable once opened, this includes fuel and non-rechargeable batteries. The customer is responsible for loss or damage in post when returning items. |
